Pay My Bill

To pay your bill online there are TWO steps.  We need to collect the name(s) of the patient(s) you are paying for and then we need to collect your payment method.  You will click two buttons.

Fill out fields below and hit the submit button.

Then click the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the page  to proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter the balance of your bill on each page.
